Jiu Jitsu is a relatively modern martial art that has gained worldwide recognition, especially with the rise of MMA. What makes it unique is its focus on ground techniques and positions — while most fights end on the ground, that’s exactly where Jiu Jitsu begins.

BJJ empowers smaller or physically weaker practitioners to defend themselves effectively in many situations. This builds self-confidence, resilience, and a fresh perspective on life. But Jiu Jitsu is more than just a martial art. It’s a lifestyle, a community, and a path to growth on many different levels.

who can train bjj?
We would dare to say that you — and everyone else — not only can, but also should train Jiu Jitsu. You don’t need to be especially fit, have a certain body type, or be a certain age to start (and even to compete, if you wish).
The beauty of Jiu Jitsu is that it adapts to each individual, allowing everyone to discover and develop their own style.
Remember: Jiu Jitsu is not an aggressive sport — it’s an intelligent one.
why should i train jiujitsu?

why should my kid learn jiujitsu?
Jiu Jitsu classes for children are designed to improve focus, build self-esteem, and promote discipline and health. The benefits go far beyond the mat - the respect and discipline learned during training positively influence behavior at home and in school.

​At this stage of growth, it’s essential for kids to develop a healthy sense of discipline, hierarchy, and respect in a positive environment. Through Jiu Jitsu, children also learn how to handle both victories and defeats, building resilience and confidence that will serve them throughout life.
what should i bring for my first class?
Don’t worry, everything you will need on your first day you will find in the gym.
Just come in sport clothes, bring slippers for the bathroom and changing rooms, and don’t forget to stay hydrated.
